Half of the handbook docs seem to be missing - many sections say [Not Found]

Here is a typical example:

DigitalOut

Table of Contents 1.Hello World! 2.API 3.Interface

The DigitalOut interface is used to configure and control a digital output pin.

OK, just told the two hundred students I have working on mbed lab projects to use the waybackmachine.org site - that seems to work OK to find it.
