The system employs the FRDM-K64F board along with the on board accelerometer, and the board is connected to a GSM/GPS module. The two of these combined would allow the board to get access to the crash location and transmit the messages that we need it to send. Further, a GSM module is featured in the system to allow connectivity to the previously mentioned ThingSpeak channel. In addition to these, a powerful accelerometer will be added to the system in order to measure sudden changes in motion, enabling it to detect when the vehicle it is attached to crashes.
