Is the 1.0.3 and 1.1.0 stack LoRaWAN certified?
Was the new release of the LoRaWAN stack put through test houses yet to get the stack certified? More specifically has it been certified for North America?
Also is there anywhere in the repository or documentation that gives the current status for certification for each release?
Great job on getting 1.1.0 released!

There is no certification program for 1.1 nor 1.0.3 at this point [1], but once this happens we'll run this through certification tests again, similar to our 1.0.2 stack. Note that we're pre-certified, you still need to do end-device certification. We have bought two certification boxes so we expect to be able to run nightly certification tests ourselves (and found some bugs in the tester's 1.1 test plan already!).

As Jan mentioned in his comment, v1.1 certification testing is undergoing the standardization process. As soon as the test plan is sanctioned by the alliance and is available, we will integrate it in our CI. v1.0.3 mostly relates to class B, for which we have plans for the future. The only difference from our perspective (keeping class A and class C in mind) between v1.0.2 and v1.0.3 is the DeviceTimeRequest MAC command and its response. Hence, for pre-certification process v1.0.2 tests are sufficient for v1.0.3 as well. However we will have unit and functional tests available for DeviceTimeRequest as soon as we go public.
