How To do USBSerial with DISCO-F469NI or F746NG?

I want to test USBSerial with DISCO-F469NI or F746NG. at mbed site, i get a this project.( DISCO-F746NG-USB_Device ) but it doesn't work normally. could you support basic example for USBSerial?

Can you define "doesn't work normally"? Does it not compile? Do you see other output than what you expected?

compile ok and download output binary. but i can't see usb device in window 7 pc after connecting usb.
