What is the voltage range i can measure with ADC?
Hey, is the the ADC range 0-3.3v or 0-5v?

Take a look at the datasheet, page 150-151 for all ADC characteristics.

Hi Joni,
In this case, the datasheet doesn't show an answer.
ADC Voltage range is depended on specific circuit design and this case is Nucleo board concept.
Please measure AVDD voltage (CN5) on your L476RG board.
The measured voltage is your ADC full range voltage and I hope you can get 3.3V or nearly equal to 3.3V.
