How can I contribute to mbed official library.
Suppose in mbed-rpc library if I add support for the classes which are not present in the mbed-rpc library, how it can added to the official community so that third party user can use it for their applications??

Using Github: https://github.com/mbedmicro/mbed
You also need to somewhere in your profile enable the checkbox you agree with their legal stuff regarding contributions. But they will tell that if you make a pull request on the github.
