The firmware 141212 has a bug.
mbed LPC1768 LocalFileSystem does not work correctly, when I update firmware 141212. See also http://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Firmware-LPC1768-LPC11U24
The USB drive does not re-appear even if all file handles are closed. I have to unplug to see new file. See also http://developer.mbed.org/handbook/LocalFileSystem
The firmware 16457 works fine.

It is a known issue which was reported by others before. I don't know if they are ever going to fix it, but for now using the older firmware is probably the only solution to the issue.

If your web browser is Microsoft Internet Exproler, Try Google Chrome.(or other browser) I cannot download with Internet Exproler.
I Think you will able to download with Google Chrome. the file name is "mbedmicrontroller_141212.if"
