Can the same two Ports be for I2C and serial communications?

Hi

I ma using a mbed with Xbee and m3pi, and i need to add one more component that uses the I2C protrocol, but Xbee and m3pi are already using the I2C ports, so my question is if it is possible to use the same 2 port for I2C and serial communication at the same time?

No, I2C and Serial are different protocols. While you could use it at the same pins with some creative coding, your sensors/devices will not work properly.
