mbed library release 110 error to Class Listing

Updating from Library 108 and 109 to 110 results in the folder structure (including Class listing) to dissappear

MyFirst is Library 110

Nucleo_blink_led is Library 109

Nucleo_blink_led_orig is Library 108

And now the issue is still in Library 110 and propagated to 111 is there any chance of re-instating as mentioned in previous post please?

Docs were turned off for a bit due to massive overhead, see post here : https://developer.mbed.org/forum/bugs-suggestions/topic/17265/
