humidity and temperature sensors SHT1x

デジタル湿度・温度センサー SHT1xシリーズ（Sensirion）を I2C で接続します。

SHT1xシリーズは、I2Cに似た通信方式で本当はI2Cではありませんが、I2C機能を使って制御しています。
そのためウェイトが少し多めに入っています。

対応センサー：SHT11, SHT15, SHT71, SHT75
