How to install Arm Compiler 6 for Mbed CLI on Linux 32 bit OS?
Hi, the OS running on my computer is ubuntu 16.04, 32 bit. I want to install Arm Compiler 6 for Mbed CLI, but in the website of Mbed about "Install a compiler", it says "Download and install one of the following compilers: GCC Arm, Arm Compiler 5, Arm Compiler 6 or IAR. To download the latest toolchains, visit the supported compilers page." There is no method about how to install the compiler, can anyone tell me how to do it detailed?

My understanding is that there is no free ARM Compiler 6 for Linux. You need to install the gcc/gdb toolchain. At some point maybe mbed Studio which includes a free ARM compiler gets support on Linux, at present t is support on Mac and Win.
For Linux you need to go ahead with gcc or buy a commercial compiler (Keil MDK or IAR) for Windows.
