Error at ST NUCLEO L476RG + X NUCLEO IDW01M1 to do Mbed Cloud connection

I´m using ST NUCLEO L476RG + X NUCLEO IDW01M1 to do Mbed Cloud connection, I follow all steps at link https://cloud.mbed.com/quick-start/1?board=ST-Nucleo-L476RG , Downloaded example-IDW01M1-mbed-Cloud-connect and use MBed Compiler to genereta bin code and loat at ST Nucleo L476RG.

Unfortunately I getting error bellow. (CoolTerm )
