Sir This EasyWebCR is not working for PHY DP83xx device.....

TCPLowLevelInit();
Upto IP serial data getting on serial,then TCPLowLevelInit ??? strucking and not able to process after this....
Providing 50MHZ clock to DP83xx..
looking for quick reply... Emergency....
