Hello Sher,
this board (and the M24SR component on it) only supports I2C interfacing.

Well, we never actually tested WIZwiki-W7500 with X-NUCLEO-NFC01A1, however I see it provides I2C interfacing on standard I2C D14 and D15 PINS, so it should work.
