how to use an arduino on APA102 sk9822?

One of my customer buy the sk9822 led strip from me,he want to design the big dome to make the project, /media/uploads/alvin666/big_dome.png ask me,how to use arduino on sk9822 or apa102? i am not very know this,we often use T1000s k1000c T8000A,SP105e bluetooth controller,SP103E controller. Not very know the arduino controller,appreciated your help!
