My kl25z is only detected by my computer when I put it in the bootloader mode,

This happened as soon as i've tried to install the latest firmware to my KL25Z so i copied the firmware file to the micro in bootloader mode and after disconnecting the micro and connecting it again, nothing happened it doesn't even flashes and before all of this my laptop recognize the micro and it even showed my the MBED thing the problem i had i that i thought that installing the latest firmware i could put programs in my micro but this happened intead. My laptop is a Windows 10

Sorry for the issues you are having. Seeing as its Windows 10, it could be related to the issue i have flagged here:
