mbedWinSerial_16466.exe can not be installed on WIN7

I use EVK-NINA-B112(ublox) board. When I install mbedWinSerial_16466.exe, it always show message: The driver could not be installed. No mbed Microcontrollers were found. During the procedure USB is always plug in. My PC configuration is 64 bit , Win7. I have closed all IE browser when installing mbedSerial.exe. So what's wrong with it? Thanks a lot !

I met the same problem in Win 7. I can see ST-Link Debug and ST-Link VCP Ctrl in device manager. Compile new code and download process is OK.
