C027 not working with Windows10

Hi,

I bought u-blox recently, and i am trying to setup develop environment in my laptop.

when i connected, board is not working. no console logs seen and MBED USB partition remounting continuously.

Drivers are installed properly (attached screenshot listing installed drivers)

Note: The same board works fine with Windows7 Desktop PC, But not working with laptop.

Please suggest, how to make it work with my laptop.
