Does mbed staff see the forum?

I found a bug one moth ago and I still haven't got an answer from them:

Not really generally. At the mbed github they do see reported bugs. Doesn't always mean they are dealt with though ;).

Is this the correct site to report bugs: https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os ? I found the solution of the bug and I made a pull request, but I don't know how long it takes to apply the changes in the official mbed repository that you can import from the online IDE.

That should be it yes. In the past once accepted, and that can go quite fast as you observed probably by now, it was pretty much immediatly pushed to mbed-src. Now that one doesn't exist anymore (at least not maintained), so it will be there in the next mbed release. When that happens depends on what else there is, they won't do a new release just for this, but if you look at: https://developer.mbed.org/users/mbed_official/code/mbed/shortlog, there is generally one once every two weeks roughly.

I personally go into bugs from time to time, but mostly check questions and github is checked daily. As Erik highlighted, github is preferred to report mbed issues and being tracked. The github issue tracker is good for this (supports mentions, and many maintainers and developers are active there).

The bug you reported was fixed by you as I recall, Thanks for the fix !
