There is no compatibility as these use a different MCU. A new Mbed library would have to written for this target. Not impossible but it would be a lot of work.

Whilst the 3.1 is a great 'small' footprint board currently the fastest in its size class on Mbed @ 96MHz, 28pin layout, it does have low power and other limitations due to the circuit design and PCB layout. It would appear that the 3.5/3.6 will be much the same just a larger more powerful version.
