BLE / Bluetooth Smart service for pairing, authentication and small file transfer.

Hello All,

I am working on a data-logger using nRF51822 controller. I have some queries with respect to BLE services:

1) Is it possible to use authentication and pairing method. If yes, How? 2) Is it possible to send small file (few KBs) or a byte streams of few 100 bytes or KBs through Bluetooth Smart? The best I found was able to find is BLE UART service, that has a limit of 20 bytes !!

Also how do you send 20 bytes of data?
