Questions about start kit

1. seems the start kit is always out of stock? any explanation? 2. when sensor data is sent to IBM cloud, can be accessed by other application? for example, i want to deliver them in an app.

I bought this KIt. But I dont find IBM.htm file in mbed disk. I need help to use this. Can any one help?

1 - The website that sell this starter kit stated that it will be available in 04/27
