Locked example programs?

When I try to import to my compiler I get the error:
Access Denied Sorry, you do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation.
Ho do I get this permission?-The locked ones show a lock next to them. Lik the C027_SMS Test

This means that the question has been accepted and is being worked on.
Eric Gomez, have you reviewed this? It needs to be resolved please. The example programs should not be locked out from the developer community if uBlox want people to use their mbed product.
