MPU9250 magnetometer

Hi, I am using your code to read the magnetometer data from the MPU9250. Accelerometer and Gyro works well. But magnetometer always returns 0. I have seen other people have the same issue with similar code. Can you please give me some input on where to start looking for the issues. I looked at the data sheet and everything on the code looks correct.
