UDPSocket and Multicast, lwIP: bug #38165 seems to be fixed upstream
Assuming that upstream fix for #38165 works correctly, is there any change to get the fix into mbed? Is seems the bundled IwIP stack is about 3 yeas old, is there a good reason to not update it (besides the fact that there's no release). Also consider upstream's recommendation:
