F103RB have a problem with a pwm read

When I set the pulsewidth of PWM as 10%(2ms of 20ms), 'servo.read()' returns 0.100000 When set as 11%(2.2ms of 20ms), 'servo.read()' also return 0.100000, not 0.110000
