IR didn't work in nucleo F411RE with NEC remote
the ir_rx.getState() is never get the 2(ReceiverIR::Received) , Nomatter how you send the signal Inittial is 0, send the signal turn to the 1, but never be the 2(ReceiverIR::Received)
