"An error occurred while querying the API"

I am trying to update my API Documentation. When I select Classes  ”Update Docs” I get an Error message that says “An error occurred while querying the API. Even un-altered previously compiled code shows this same error (Is there something I am forgetting to do in order to fix this?) /media/uploads/alec1/update_docs_err.doc

I've got the same problem trying to build API documentation for the first time.
