Datasheet PCB
Where can i find the datasheet containing the packaging outline of the ARM mbed LPC1768 Board ? (the whole board, needed for pcb design)

Perhaps not in the format you're looking for, but the information is in the Eagle library.
While seeking this link, I found a few others did the same thing.

And then I found this:
