LPC1768FET100 BGA Compatibility
Hey all,
I'd like to make my own boards using an LPC1768FET100 with the BGA footprint to save space. I'll be using another mBed and FlashMagic to flash the FW onto it using the built-in serial bootloader, but are there any package compatibility issues between the QFP and BGA that might disallow me to use it?

You can review the data sheet to make sure the I/O's you plan to use exist. The download process to the chip should not be different. Mostly BGA packages require a more precise assembly process and a higher quality PCB with more care in its design.
