Burn code developed in mbed platform into the chip?

Hi all, I am new to Mbed, fond of the easy development environment. However, I wonder, from prototype to a product, do they have the tool to burn code developed in mbed platform into a single chip after/ before PCB manufacturing process? I am happy if anyone can give me any info.

Hi Thanks for your answer. Actually the issue solved, what I need is a QFN Socket replacing the chip.
