Any idea what the IoT costs?
Would anyone know how much the IoT system costs and what it contains?

Looking at the picture it looks to be a Ublox C027 ( http://mbed.org/platforms/u-blox-C027/ ) with an Application shield ( http://mbed.org/components/mbed-Application-Shield/ ) bolted on the top.
Adding the two prices together the cost is probably going to be around €135/£110/$180 plus appropriate taxes and the cost of other odds and ends included in the box (e.g. the ublox board needs a power supply to work, they may include one in this box).
Given the aim to make mbed an open source platform as much as possible I'd hope they aren't charging anything extra for any software layers IBM have added.
