How can I run the program on my mBed?

I import a program, but I dont know how to run in the mBed.

If you reset the mbed, it will run the last binary on it that was modified.

sorry, I'm a noob with embedded devices, I try to upload a basic binary that simply blinks a led in the root folder of the microcontroller, but when i tap reset nothing happens.
