DAP driver issue ? Win7/64bit

Hi!

I followed the instructions on this link: http://mbed.org/handbook/CMSIS-DAP-MDK

but, I'm not able to see the CMSIS device under device manager, consequently I can't do anything in the MDK.

I have win7 64bit and Keil MDK 4.22.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi,

On the device manager, you will have the CMSIS-DAP interface under Human Interface Device. There is not the name "CMSIS-DAP" listed but if you plug and unplug your device, you should see that there is one more entry. You should see the CMSIS-DAP interface in the "Device and Printers" section (not in the device manager) as it is shown http://mbed.org/handbook/CMSIS-DAP-MDK.

Then you have to download the later version of MDK (4.60) to have the CMSIS-DAP support in MDK.

Cheers, Sam

Hi!

A really appreciate your answer. It's true. I was looking under device manager, now i found the device under Devices and Printers. I'm downloading the 4.60 MDK. I'll post a note if everything works. Thank you once again.
