How much voltage required to pull the 100kg weight in a DC motor

Hi .... Thanks for your reply. Actually am doing my final year project as " INTELLIGENT WHEELCHAIR SYSTEM FOR DISABLED PERSON"so I want to move the wheelchair with the help of DC motor.. if iam placing 100 kg (approximately) weight above the wheel chair means how can I choose the motor rating and how much voltage is required to pull that weight???
