Are there any AnalogOut pins for using the DAC output? thanks!

Holy moly - talk about confusion !! After some searching it appears to be yes :)
Grab the datasheet for the MAX32600 microcontroller from the Maxim website and review the FUNCTIONAL DIAGRAM on page 28 of the PDF. Inside this diagram you will find the details of the DAC devices.
The DACs appear to be linked to (after some internal mux devices are closed correctly):
INA+ INB+ INC+ IND+
which are available on the MBED board as
AIN_A+ AIN_B+ AIN_C+ AIN_D+

No idea (at this time) on how to enable these pins for your DAC use so hopefully someone else will chime in. Hope this helps.
PS: Looks like a cool chip :) Perhaps we will source a kit in the near future.
